What you need

Before you start, keep these ready:
  • Your new Milestone Mastercard
  • Your Social Security Number
  • Your date of birth
  • The ZIP code on file
  • Internet on your phone or computer

Activate online in 5 steps

Visit milestonecard.com/activate

Type the URL in your browser. Do not use search results or email links.

Enter your card number

Type the 16-digit number on the front of your card.

Add card and personal details

Enter the expiry date, CVV, SSN, birth date, and ZIP code.

Set up your online account

Pick a username and password. Save them safely.

Sign the back of your card

Use a black pen. Now your card is ready to use.

After activation

  • Set up autopay so you never miss a payment
  • Sign up for alerts by text or email
  • Check your credit limit in your online account
  • Make a small first purchase and pay it off in full

Common problems

If activation fails:
  • Check your card number and CVV again
  • Make sure your SSN and ZIP match your application
  • Try a different browser or clear your cache
  • Wait 15 minutes if the site is busy
