Enter your details
Type your username or the email address on file. Milestone will send you a reset link.

Create a new password
Open the email, click the link, and choose a strong new password.
What if the email does not arrive?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Wait 5 to 10 minutes
- Make sure the email address on file is correct
- Try again with your username instead of email
Locked out of your account?
If you tried the wrong password too many times, your account may be locked for security. To unlock:- Wait 15 to 30 minutes

Strong password tips
- At least 8 characters
- Mix letters, numbers, and one symbol
- No common words like “password” or your name
- Different from other sites
- Change it every 6 months

- Set up security questions during registration
